Our master watchmaker, Stefan Mittelmann, and our watchmakers Angela Spahr and Michael Iten repair, restore and revise all second-hand watches purchased, in our own watchmaking studio in Lucerne. From modern chronometers to antique pocket watches, they take on any complicated timepiece.

WATCH-SERVICE
A mechanism that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, occasionally needs a service, i.e. a full service.
A full service is an investment in the reliability and service life of your watch. Manufacturers recommend a full service every three to five years, depending on the model. If no full service is carried out over a longer period of time, some damage often occurs, which adds up over the years. The watch may not be completely waterproof any more, and rust damage to the movement may be the result. The wear and tear of the watch always leads to damage in the long term, so that the acquired precision can no longer be guaranteed.
During a regular maintenance service, the watch is completely disassembled and all parts carefully cleaned. The movement is then reassembled and oiled. If necessary, the watch is given a new strap and the case is refreshed. An in-depth functional check and fine-tuning concludes this service.
Our in-house watchmakers studio performs all repairs professionally and cost-effectively.

Our watchmakers studio is certified as an official service centre by renowned manufacturers such as Omega, Longines, Rado, Tissot and Hamilton.
PROFESSIONAL FINISH
Our experienced jewelry polisher takes on every case and metal band bringing back its shine.
The materials surface is smoothed and slight bumps are removed. The choice of polishing pad ultimately determines the desired finish of the watch.
